ab999 FAQ — Security, Deposits and More

Yes. ab999 uses SSL encryption technology, which encrypts all data exchanged between your browser and the server. As a result, your name, mobile number, password and financial information cannot reach any third party. Your data is stored on ab999's secure servers and is never shared with third parties. Before using the site, check that the browser address bar shows https://.

ab999 and its representatives will never ask for your OTP, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN or password — not by phone, chat or email, under any circumstances. If anyone asks for such information, end the conversation immediately and report it to ab999's official live chat support. Never share this information with anyone — not even close friends or family.

Fraudsters often create fake sites that look like the real one. The only official ab999 address is ab999bet.cam. Always read the browser address bar carefully — even a single letter or number difference can be a sign of fraud. Be cautious before clicking unknown links and verify the source of links shared on social media. If in doubt, type the address directly into your browser.

If you notice unusual activity in your account — such as an unfamiliar login or an unknown transaction — change your password immediately and contact ab999's live chat support. The support team can temporarily lock the account and investigate if needed. Also change your email account password, since password reset links are sent there.

A good password should have at least 8 characters and combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters (!@#$). Do not use your ab999 account password on any other site. Do not write your password on paper or in your phone's notes. Change it every few months and never reuse an old password.

In Baccarat you bet on Player, Banker or Tie. The score is the single digit of the sum of card values (e.g. 7 + 8 = 15 → score 5). The hand closest to 9 wins. Each side receives a maximum of three cards. ab999's Baccarat tables offer a range of bet sizes so both new and experienced players can join.

Live casino tables at ab999 have different bet limits. Some tables allow you to start with relatively small bets, which suits new players, while some high-limit tables allow larger wagers. The specific limits of each table are visible before entering the game lobby.

A Roulette wheel has numbers from 0 to 36. You can bet on a specific number, a colour (red or black), odd or even, or a range of numbers. When the dealer spins the ball, the pocket it lands in is the winning result. ab999 offers European Roulette and other variants. A straight-up bet on a single number typically pays 35 times the stake.

In a live dealer game, a real dealer streams a live video broadcast from a professional studio. You can watch cards being dealt or the Roulette wheel being spun on your screen in real time from home. There is a set amount of time on screen to place bets. Everything happens in real time, so there is no way to rig the game. High-quality streams from studios such as Evolution and Ezugi are available on ab999.

In Teen Patti each player receives three cards. The best hand (Trail, Pure Sequence, Sequence, Color, Pair, High Card) wins. Andar Bahar is simpler — the dealer reveals one card and you bet on whether a card of the same value will appear in the Andar (left) or Bahar (right) pile. Both games are available with a live dealer on ab999.

Open ab999bet.cam in Chrome, then tap the three-dot menu at the top right and select "Add to Home screen". On Safari (iPhone) tap the share button at the bottom and choose "Add to Home Screen". The icon will then appear on your phone's home screen and can be opened directly like an app.

The ab999 site works on all modern smartphones — both Android and iOS. It runs well on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or any up-to-date browser. On very old or low-memory phones the live casino stream may be somewhat slow, but slots and card games generally run normally on all devices.

ab999 apps are available for both Android (APK) and iOS. They are available through ab999's official channels. For details, visit the ab999 APK page or ask our live chat support. Downloading an APK from any third-party site is not safe.

Once the connection is restored, the game generally resumes from where it left off. Any bet already placed is not cancelled — the game server keeps a record of the result. If your connection drops during a live casino game, contact ab999 live chat support for any questions about that round; they can view the round details.

ab999 offers five deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank or Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for all methods. These methods are the most convenient for Bangladeshi users.

In most cases a deposit is credited within a few minutes. If it still does not appear after 15–20 minutes, keep your proof of payment (bKash or Nagad transaction ID or bank slip) and contact ab999 live chat. The support team will verify and resolve the matter promptly. It is a good habit to keep a screenshot of the payment app.

ab999 does not impose any processing charge on deposits. However, if your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank charges its own transaction fee, that will apply according to their policy — this is outside ab999's control. Check the fees in your own mobile banking app before making a deposit.

Log in to your ab999 account, go to the Deposit section and select Nagad. Send the required amount from your Nagad app to the number shown (minimum ৳300). Once the transaction is complete, enter the transaction ID in the designated field on the site and submit. Your balance will be updated shortly.
